The NoMAA Technical Assistance Institute is a one-day conference
designed to examine common issues and share some of the fundamental steps to creating and sustaining a career as an artist and to developing and running a successful arts organization. The day will include:

• Individual Artists – Strategic Planning for Artists
• Arts Organizations – Strategic Planning and Board Development
• Surviving and Thriving in the Arts: A roundtable discussion between local artists and arts administrators who will share their success stories, how to overcome setbacks, and strategies to prosper in an ever challenging art world.
• Networking session and Open Mic
