The Upper Manhattan Arts Service Team (UMAST) is a collaboration between the Harlem Arts Alliance (HAA) and the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA) to enhance and deepen access to technical and developmental assistance for artists and arts organizations throughout northern Manhattan.
